Improve UX part 2

When presented with a large list of builders, a 3 star would be suitable for Devs. 2 stars would require moderate technical knowledge and 1 Star for newbies who can use an app but needs no coding. It can more than an hour to visit these sites to ascertain if a project is something a no tech person can get involved. Clicking a list of 1 stars would save a lot of time and Devs would simply visit all but 3 stars first.
