logging in with Base (formerly coinbase wallet) is on /billing vs /builders is not working?

The /billing page option to Connect Wallet, and select Base (formerly Coinbase Wallet) does not direct me to a QR code that I can use with my phone camera- I can’t login with my noncustodial wallet using the Coinbase.com page(screenshot below.). I have MOR that I’ve staked with my non-custodial wallet via /builders- that page correctly allows me to log in via QR code. I can stake/unstake, but I can’t use inference until /billing allows me to login with QR Code..
