When I create a Builder Subnet I should also have an API key for my Builder Subnet to use Morpheus Compute

Builder Subnets register to access the market as well as use Morpheus Compute to build out their idea.

While using the API is not required, any new Builder Subnet should get an API key / account created for them to start building with.
